By registering for a course the student accepts all of the following:

 

 

     All students agree that all information taught will be used for lawful defensive or lawful recreational purposes only.

     Student accepts that upon enrolling, T-Mac Tactical, LLC reserves the right to remove students without refund for unsafe, rude, or unusual behavior where they become a safety hazard to themselves or others.

​

     Student confirms that they are not a convicted felon and are lawfully permitted to use and own legal firearms under the United States Constitution.

​

     We have an absolute – NO LIVE AMMUNITION IN THE CLASSROOM for all firearms classes.

​

     Any person attending a class who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

​

     IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITAR REGULATIONS, ONLY US CITIZENS WILL BE ACCEPTED TO PARTICIPATE IN T-MAC TACTICAL COURSES.

     T-Mac Tactical, LLC operates in full compliance and cooperation will all local, county, state, and federal laws.  We are not affiliated with any local, county, state or federal law enforcement agencies.

​

     T-Mac Tactical, LLC reserves the right to change/update these policies anytime as needed.
